Chris has been a professional Real Estate Agent since 2014 and is the co-owner of Heather Ferguson Realty Group alongside his wife, Heather. He oversees the business and financial operations of their team and brokerage. Additionally, Chris manages a division focused on land opportunities and home refurbishment. Beyond his work with Heather Ferguson Realty Group, he serves as the CFO and part-owner of Point Realty.
Chris grew up in a military family, moving every 2 years until his father retired and settled in Olympia, WA his 8th grade year. Upon high school graduation, Chris spent four years at the United States Coast Guard Academy and graduated with a Business Management degree followed by 20 years of active duty service in the USCG. Eighteen of those years were spent flying Search and Rescue missions throughout the country from Alaska to Florida. He finally retired in 2014 and the family relocated from Florida to Eagle, Idaho.
Soon after moving to Idaho, Chris was hired by the Boise Fire Department. Although he enjoyed the organization and mission of Boise Fire, Chris made the difficult decision to leave the department in 2017 to support his family and focus full-time on real estate.
With a busy wife and four teenagers in school and sports, Chris also spends a fair amount of time these days cooking dinner, helping with homework, being a wrestling dad, and an amazing husband (written by Heather).
