About Chris Ferguson

Chris has been a professional Real Estate Agent since 2014 and is the co-owner of Heather Ferguson Realty Group alongside his wife, Heather. He oversees the business and financial operations of the team and brokerage, and also serves as CFO and part-owner of Point Realty. Chris manages a division focused on land opportunities, multi-family acquisitions, and home refurbishment, while also working closely with buyers, including uniformed service members.

Chris grew up in a military family and attended the United States Coast Guard Academy, where he earned a degree in Management. He went on to serve 20 years on active duty, including 18 years flying Search and Rescue missions across the country from Alaska to Florida. After retiring in 2014, he relocated to Eagle, Idaho and began his real estate career.

After a short time with the Boise Fire Department, Chris chose to focus full-time on real estate, where his experience and steady approach continue to support both the team and the clients he serves.
