During our initial meeting she walked through the property and outlined what was required to make the home presentable and fixes which could potentially cause issues during the sales process. Once those details were complete, she staged the home to a point where I wasn't sure I wanted to sell anymore. The place looked amazing. Throughout the process Heather always had a list of persons who could do the work needed which made the entire process flow smoothly. I believe the house was priced correctly and the sale went through quickly and smoothly. I would definitely recommend Heather if you are selling your home. And in the future I will be using her services for any future real estate needs.

Tyler was on top of it from the get go. He did a great job handling the purchase of my new Lennar Home. He followed up on the concerns I had from time to time in the building process and he actually found me the home! I love it. Highly recommend Tyler. He's great to work with.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking, never give up of a realtor, Heather Ferguson is your lady. She is a one stop shop from start to finish. As well as being extremely qualified, she is just a really pleasant and nice person to work with. If we ever needed to buy a home again (we wont, this is our forever home ) we would be calling Heather. We were moving here from out of state and with out her I dont see how we could have made the move. She was just super, working with the builder and keeping us informed and updated as the house got built, she was amazing. No updates from the builder or the project manager, they all came from Heather. She sent us pictures and videos of the progress of our house being built. With out her we would be left in the dark about the progress of our house. I would highly recommend her to anybody and everybody.
