About Heather Ferguson

Heather Ferguson began her real estate career in the Tampa, Florida area in 2012. After her husband Chris retired from the military in 2014, they relocated to Eagle, Idaho to raise their family and build lasting roots. Heather quickly established herself in the Treasure Valley, with a primary focus on Eagle and the surrounding communities. She is the founder and co-owner of Heather Ferguson Realty Group and also serves as CEO and part-owner of Point Realty.

Heather earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Finance from the University of South Florida. She and Chris have four children and are deeply involved in the Eagle community. Heather has served as president of the Eagle Hills Elementary PTO, as a board member of the Eagle Chamber of Commerce, and continues to support youth organizations including Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Young Life.

In Idaho, Heather has closed over $300 million in real estate across more than 500 transactions. She has earned the Boise Regional REALTORS Circle of Excellence Award every year since 2015 and consistently ranks in the top 1% of agents in the Intermountain MLS. She is known for her integrity, strong work ethic, and commitment to doing what is right for her clients and community.
